Public Transportation

We’re centrally located in San Francisco with various public transportation options:

Subway (BART)
The closest BART stop to campus is the Embarcadero Station. We are about a 10-minute walk from the station.

Walk to the corner of Market and Spear Street, and turn right. Walk about half a mile to Harrison Street and make a left. The campus is located at the corner of Harrison and Spear. For more information about BART, visit http://bart.gov.

Bus, Streetcar, and Light Rail (MUNI)
The Muni routes closest to WSF are all Muni train lines (exit at the Embarcadro or Folsom St.) and the 34 and 18 bus lines.

For information about bus, streetcar, and light rail routes and schedules in the area, visit www.sfmuni.com.

Parking

If you’re traveling from out of town and don’t need to use a car for other reasons during your stay, it may be most convenient to use public transportation as street parking is very limited.

If you’re driving, paid parking is available beneath the Hills Brothers Plaza at 25 Folsom Street — you’ll enter on Folsom, between the Embarcadero and Spear Street. Self-parking also is available within a two-block area of Wharton San Francisco.
