Course Description
This course offers an introduction to corporate governance, exploring the laws, principles, and norms that guide organizations globally, from multinational corporations to smaller entities. Through this self-paced course, you’ll engage with fellow alumni and exciting modules that cover a range of critical topics. You'll learn how corporate governance influences decision-making and the critical role of boards of directors in balancing corporate, social, and environmental interests. The program emphasizes the importance of diverse perspectives on boards and includes modules on technical responsibilities, CEO compensation planning, ESG considerations, and crisis management.
